研究方向

主要从事哺乳动物内胚层细胞向肝实质细胞和胰腺细胞分化和成熟调控机制的研究。近年来系统的研究了胰腺前体细胞、内分泌前体细胞、胰岛细胞和肝母细胞体内精确的分化路径和遗传、表观遗传调控机制,鉴定了调控细胞分化的多个细胞信号通路。优化了胚胎干细胞向肝脏和胰岛细胞体外分化效率,用于肝病和糖尿病的细胞治疗。
