研究方向

肿瘤的3D表观基因组学研究及单细胞3D表观基因组学新技术开发:利用表观及3D基因组学技术,尤其是单细胞多组学技术(包括single-cell RNA-seq、  single-cell ATAC-seq、single-cell CUT&Tag、 single-cell Hi-C等)发现肿瘤中单细胞层面表观和3D基因组的潜在新调控,并鉴定肿瘤标志物为肿瘤靶向治疗提供潜在的分子机制。
