研究方向
课题组主要研究能量代谢调控机制,尤其专注于营养素摄入与肥胖症和糖尿病之间的关系及机体的调控机制。主要以特殊饮食诱导小鼠为研究模型,利用单细胞测序、基因敲除术、光遗传学等技术研究中枢神经系统(下丘脑等)和外周组织信号如何相互作用进一步调控能量平衡的机制,从而为开发治疗肥胖症和糖尿病的药物提供理论基础。
